Please note the following key points regarding the Proforma Invoice:

• • It is not a formal Bill, nor is it a legally binding agreement between the company and the client.
  • The purpose of this document is to enable the client to make informed decisions, budget accordingly, and request any necessary changes or clarifications.
  • Even after the Proforma Invoice is shared, we remain open to further discussions and negotiations, should there be any adjustments in quantity, size, design, or other specifications.
  • A formal Commercial Invoice (Bill) is generated only after the product is fully manufactured and the final payment has been received.
  • The values, components, or specifications listed in the final Bill may differ from the initial Proforma Invoice, depending on any changes made during production, customizations requested by the client, or material cost variations.

We emphasize transparency and flexibility in all our client interactions and strive to accommodate adjustments until the final stage of the order. The Proforma Invoice is, therefore, a working estimate and should not be construed as a final or enforceable financial document.

• At M/s Rana Handicrafts International, we take great care in packaging and dispatching all our products to ensure they reach our international clients in excellent condition. Our packaging standards are designed to withstand typical transportation handling and environmental conditions during shipping.

However, due to the complexities and risks involved in international transit, there may be unforeseen circumstances where products could suffer damage while in the custody of shipping or logistics providers. In such rare cases, our company will assume only partial liability, limited to replacing only the specific part of the product that is found to be damaged — and that too as a gesture of goodwill, not as a contractual obligation.

Please note the following conditions apply:

• • The client must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage upon receipt of the shipment, along with any other documentation that may help us assess the cause and extent of the damage.
  • The damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods to avoid any delays in resolution.
  • While we will replace the damaged component free of cost as a gesture of goodwill, the shipping and delivery charges for the replacement part will need to be borne by the client.
  • We do not cover damage caused by mishandling at the destination, unloading errors, storage issues, or natural elements after delivery.
